bring family back to the table, breaking biscuits together

Who We Are

Born from a 1947 Ford Railway delivery truck and a love for homemade biscuits, Express Biscuits began at local farmers markets and grew into a community favorite. We bake small-batch biscuits from Kansas-milled flour, local butter, and farm-fresh milk, bringing families back to the table one biscuit at a time.

From a 1947 delivery truck to your table, we bake small-batch biscuits made with local ingredients and a whole lot of heart.

Our History

Where We Started

Express Biscuits began with a 1947 Ford Railway Express delivery truck and a passion for homemade food that brings people together. What started as a small farmers market setup grew into a local favorite rooted in tradition and community.

What Makes Us Authentic

Every biscuit starts with real, local ingredients. Our flour comes from Kansas wheat farmers, our milk and butter are sourced from nearby dairies, and our meats are supplied by local producers. Each batch is mixed and baked with care, reflecting the craft and comfort of true homemade biscuits.

A Commitment to Quality

We believe good food should feel honest and familiar. By partnering with local farmers and suppliers, we preserve the heritage of our recipes and support the people who help make each biscuit special.
