I’m Jeff Buckner, owner and creator of Express Biscuits. I established Express Biscuits after finding a 1947 Ford Railway Express Delivery truck. I knew it would be the perfect southern buttermilk biscuit truck venture.
Our scratch made buttermilk biscuits, gravy and sandwich recipes are created using local farmers ingredients.
As a young child growing up working at my family’s dairy farms in Ash Grove, MO, I was taught about God’s abundance in crops and hard work. Being taught from my mother, grandmothers and great grandmother, I learned delicious recipes and how to appreciate great food and family togetherness.
Making a move to the south I was fortunate enough in that I learned southern recipes while working on the oil rigs and bayous off the coast of Louisiana. That really affirmed my love for various ingredients and different ways of cooking good food.
